DIABETES HEALTH FAIR IN POTTSTOWN

When: Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: Pottstown Medical Specialists Inc. building, 1601 Medical Drive

FAMILY MINDFULNESS IN ELVERSON

When: Saturday from noon to 1 p.m.

Where: Healing Spirit Café, 3421 St. Peters Road

More Details: Parents and kids will learn simple meditation and mindfulness practices. The class will help families learn how to deal with anxiety, handle difficult emotions and improve concentration. The cost is $15 for two people and $5 for each additional family member. VOLLEYBALL IN NEWTOWN SQUARE

When: Saturday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Where: Ellis Athletic Center. 3819 West Chester Pike

TURKEY TROT IN BOYERTOWN

When: Nov. 24 at 9 a.m.

Where: Boyertown Community Park, 419 S. Madison St.
